What should be done with complex interdisciplinary Problem?

Often enough people asked about how to manage complex interdisciplinary problematic situation. In frame of OTSM evolution for this purpose was developed Problem Flow Networks (PFN) approach. It was tested for many times for various problems. However it works for not so much complex problem as well. Same as Classical ARIZ
of Genrich S. Altshuller (ARIZ-85-C) once you learn deeply it you start think ARIZ way permanently for difficult and not so much difficult problems. Same with OTSM PFN approach. It is helpful in many ways for negotiations; for problem solving and for business meeting; for  planning of research; for forecasting; for supporting project planning and management.
